Examples of opportunities:
Division Manager: Responsible for all the day-to-day operations of our individual branches. Qualified individuals will have strong leadership skills and characteristics, knowledge of the P&Ls, and the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationship with staff and customers.

Operation Manager: Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of workload providing direction, leadership, and technical support to tech staff and promote a safe work environment within the organization. Qualified individuals will have strong leadership skills and characteristics, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers.

Office Manager: Responsible for managing the paperwork flow of the division including invoicing, pricing, cost analysis, inventory, and customer service. Qualified individuals will have strong phone skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers.

Inside and Outside Sales: Responsible for developing new sales accounts and maintaining current accounts. Qualified individuals will have experience in sales and marketing with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships among a large and varied customer base within the our industries of Security, Alarm, Electrical, Rental Services, Sanitation and Fire Equipment.

Dispatcher: Responsible for monitoring alarm systems and contacting customers and/or emergency response personnel as appropriate when their alarm system is activated. Dispatching security guards, issuing equipment as necessary, and maintaining logs for guard activitiy. Qualified individuals will have strong communications skills, strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in an environment that can be fast paced. Dispatch is manned 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Driver/Service Technician: Opportunities include servicing septic tanks for commercial and residential customers, delivering storage containers in the most safe and efficient manner, delivery and installation of temporary fencing for construction or special events, servicing fire extinguishers, alarm installation. Qualified individuals must have a valid Class A/B or C driver’s license. The company will provide training specific to duties.

Security Guard: Provide professional, courteous service to customers at all times, to deter theft, vandalism, and illegal entry against industrial or commercial property. Serve as a fire watch as appropriate. Maintain communication via radio or telephone with company's 24-hour dispatch. Qualified individuals will have a valid guard card and the persona to interact in a positive manner with the public.

Patrol Officer: Patrol customer’s sites while driving company vehicle and provide professional, courteous service to customers at all times. Patrol industrial or commercial property to deter theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. Maintain communications via radio or telephone with company's 24-hour dispatch. Qualified individuals will have a valid guard card, a valid CA driver license with clean driving record and the persona to interact in a positive manner with the public.
